Morgan Rose is Graduate Research Assistant for the Coast-to-Coast Initiative at the Governor’s Office of Planning and Research in California. Her research focuses on policy recommendations for accelerating electric vehicle car-sharing and secondary market development in underserved communities across California and Europe. Morgan is an urban planning master’s student at USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy where she is concentrating on clean and accessible transportation, urban green space, and community engagement. She has previously held roles with Sundance Institute, Here LA, and the Child Care Law Center. She grew up in Berkeley and received her bachelor’s degree in international development studies with a minor in entrepreneurship from UCLA.
