Jessica Hay is the Marketing and Partnerships Manager at the National Girls Collaborative Project. She brings over 10 years of nonprofit experience with a focus on youth development. Prior to joining NGCP, Jessica led STEM, Wellness, and Quality Improvement initiatives with the California Afterschool Network. She also led coalition building efforts to increase funding for and access to quality afterschool and summer learning at the local, state, and federal levels. Beyond her programmatic work, Jessica has extensive experience advancing policy to support gender equity and access to healthcare and education. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC Davis and a Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California.
