Participants learn to navigate difficult conversations, embrace vulnerability as a leadership strength, and foster a psychologically safe environment while building a culture of trust and accountability.
  • Key Topics:

  • Vulnerability as a leadership strength
  • Building a culture of trust and psychological safety
  • Giving and receiving productive feedback
  • Leading through change and uncertainty

Prerequisite:

Who Should Attend?

Mid-level leaders, managers, or those seeking to develop courageous leadership skills.
